  This is by far the worst branch of BOA I have experienced. I sat there for about 20 minutes, after making an appointment. When someone finally decided to attend to me, they were of no use at all. It took her about 2 hours to figure out how to do an international wire transfer using an intermediary bank. Anyway, in the end she sent the money to the wrong account, had to ask for a refund, and i still got charged 40 dollars. Oh, and after all that, the money was still not sent. Basically 2 hours of my life I will never get back! Never going back here for sure.
