  My husband ordered flowers for my birthday. He requested they be delivered by noon, as he knew I had a busy afternoon away from home. The shop called me after 2pm (two hours late from requested delivery), and I had the great displeasure of speaking with a very rude woman who was irritated that her son was having trouble with the delivery. I told her I wasn't home, and that my husband had requested they deliver before noon. She then rudely told me she had received no such request from my husband. Rather than argue with her, I told her my husband would be by to pick the flowers up later. The moment I hanged up with her, I called my husband and thanked him for the flowers, but I told him to NEVER order from this place again. He spent over $90 on my flowers, you would think some good customer service would come with the price. Sheez.
