  Live Nation, the owners of the Mattress Firm Amphitheater has ignored residents request to help alleviate the traffic. In the past, they have given the residents a lane so that we do not have to get stuck in traffic along with the concert goers which is upwards of over an hour. Now, the Chula Vista Police Department refuse to give us a specified lane because according to them it’s not best for the businesses and residents. Although I enjoy the concerts given by the Amphitheater, the residents of Vista Pacifica has endured traffic and has given the residents undue stress every summer. If the city of Chula Vista is supporting the Amphitheater, then they should widen Main Street to accommodate the traffic that the concert invites. I’m extremely disappointed with both Chula Vista and the Amphitheater, to say the least.
