  My fiancée & I went into this community to check into the models that they are building. The 1st set of models we came to were Bocara, we entered the sales office but found it empty and proceeded to into the models, the 1st model was nice, kind of a weird layout with the 4th bedroom off from the kitchen, this would be a nice size guest bedroom if in a different location of the house, inside the closet was the water heater closet? Lots of noise not sure anyone could sleep with all that noise..we went up stairs to see the rest of the house which was somewhat nice but while in the master bedroom we notice the floor was not level....it sloped off which was really odd....I know houses settle but this was really noticeable....the model itself was dusty and dirty which was surprising since we have looked at lot of models and never seen anything like this....we on to the next 3 houses and all were just as dirty as the 1st... We did come across a sales agent who was too busy to acknowledge we were even there...the shotty construction we came across and rude sales person was enough to drive us back to KB Homes were we originally looking. Reno Construction could take a few lessons on building from KB. Good luck to anyone buying these homes, I see a lot of problems in future this kind of work.
