  the paint and body work was excellent, looked brand new! However, BEWARE!!!
  take before and after pictures. several internal engine compartment plastic parts were missing. i had to argue with them and prove, with pictures, that some of the plastic engine covers in the engine bay had disappeared. and that the toyota emblem had not been replaced. which was clearly listed as part of the parts list that was paid for by insurance. i am not sure this was deliberate, or they wanted to sell on ebay. Beware!!!
  also, there was some small front bumper plastic vents that had broken, the sales people promised they would sched a repair. they never called back. the part was minor to me. and i preferred not to have to deal with them again. so BEWARE!!!
