  I am so grateful for the staff who evaluated Callie and cared for her then referred her to a cardiac clinic. Now these months later Callie had a massive clot situation and could not be saved. I arrived about midnight and shortly after, about 20 minutes, we decided to help Callie cross the Rainbow Bridge.She was already somewhat anesthetized with the pain injections. I was allowed ample time with her and held her while she went to sleep. I held her as long as I wished before they removed her body. It is so special that they presented Peaceful Paws service so I now have her cremains (ashes) in a lovely cedar box with lock and keys and an engraved heart-shaped tag. I also have her paw print in clay. Thank you for fine assistance. The cost is worth every penny. They provide so many caring, trained professionals to help, and specialized equipment to treat the patients who are in emergency situations. Not an easy task to triage and treat these patients. Many thanks forever! On behalf of Callie!
