  The staff was super friendly and excellent with our toddler. The facility is geared for kids which is great esp for 1st time cuts or small children who don't sit well. The only thing is the haircut itself was not good for us. It's completely uneven throughout and even though I called ahead of time to ask if they had someone who KNOWS how to do mixed kids hair that is very tight curls, it's clear they were wrong when they claimed they did. If your child has normal hair or even loose curls I would recommend them but don't go if u are like my son who has tons of hair with a lot of tight curls!
