  If I could give zero stars I would. I switched 4 lines and ported my numbers from Sprint to AT&T online and the AT&T chat rep that set up the switch said that the lease payments that were left on one of my phones along with the purchase option fees would be credited by AT&T. He said if I wanted to go to a store I could get credit for the trade-in phone instantly and then send AT&T my final bill from Sprint and the all remaining lease costs and purchase option fees for that phone would be credited. I went to the Chula Vista store to trade in my phones to get the instant credit. Reuben at this store tried to convince me that only the remaining lease payments would be credited and the purchase option fee would not. I called AT&T customer service while at the Chula Vista store and the AT&T customer service rep told me Reuben was mistaken. The offer clearly states when the final bill from the previous carrier is sent to AT&T, a credit will be sent for "Early Termination Fee (ETF) or device plan balance (INCL. lease purch. costs) on number ported." The customer service rep suggested I send back my phones using the trade-in option online and not trade-in at the store. As I was leaving the store I relayed the information from the customer service rep to Reuben about the purchase option costs being eligible for the credit and he basically didn't care that he (and his store team members) were wrong. Beware if you plan to trade-in your phone at this store! They aren't willing to read the fine print or help customers get the best deal.
