  I joined Evolution fitness six months ago to start a six week fitness challenge and it was the best decision ever! The trainers Mike and Adrian are knowledgeable and really want to help you achieve your fitness goals.
  After the six week challenge I canceled my other gym membership and stayed with Evolution and haven't looked back! I definitely encourage anyone I can to give them a try it is worth it and you will definitely see results!

  I started attending Evolution Fitness back in August 2017. I knew from the beginning that I would love working out here by the positive vibes I received early on. The coaching staff are super nice and have always made me feel at home. One thing that stood out right away to me is how Adrian took the time out to remember everyone’s name, making the overall workout experience personable. The workouts are tough, but they have designed them so that all fitness levels can benefit and reach their goals. I have even been able to work through a past injury with the modifications provided. Most days I work out with coach Mike. He has a high energy level, so his workouts are super fun! Evolution Fitness has become a second home to me and I am thankful that I became a member.
