  The person that answered the phones made my life miserable today. Called and asked if they had parts for my car, asked when they closed. they said they closed at 5.30. Go there the next day and ask them the price for the radio on the way. the guy says 35. I immediatly say wow really? the guy says yes. I am happy with the price and know the trip from north county is worth it. I get there around 5 and they say no we are closed.
  
  The guy says ok i can let you in for a few seconds. Here is the radio... SEVENTY FIVE.
  
  "take it or leave it i gotta go"
  
  asked if they have the other part i needed. and he said no i cant sell you that one. earlier i asked a few times on the phone and never got a definate answer and got "i got to check"
  
  bottom line... treat the people on the phone like they are ADD ridden five year olds because thats the memory they have.
  Not wasting another quarter tank of gas to dirve down there again.
