  Don't like this store, can't answer a question on the phone as to whether they sell diamacious earth or not. Just get my call passed around until the garden girl stuck me on a forever hold. I don't think she even knew what it was I was asking but she didn't care either. She just wanted to get rid of the call. I will never go to a store where the employees are so rude and unknowledgable. But I never did like the way lowels was set up anyway. There are so much better home improvement and hardware stores out there who really needs them?

  I had a great experience at this Lowe's! I never go to home improvement stores so I was kind of overwhelmed trying to figure out the best products to buy for an impromptu plumbing job at home. The employee in the plumbing department, Cesar, was SUPER helpful. He hooked up all the pipes and connectors I needed right in the store aisle. He even explained how it worked and gave me the thread tape (or whatever it's called) to go with it. I paid $12 for everything, took it home, and it worked perfectly.
  
  I went back later looking for a valve to shut off the system. They had everything I needed in stock and the same employee took the time to explain how it all worked. I was so impressed with the service that I took the time to write this. Yes, it would've been cheaper on Amazon or something, but for someone with a lot of questions, it was worth the trips to the actual store.

  Don't ever let them promise to deliver something. I got some large doors and windows. Its took at least 20 calls to get a delivery, and it was incomplete. They still have some of my windows. You call and get transferred to empty desks, or to the shipping department which is another company that has 37 people waiting ahead of you. Then you get a promise to deliver, but they don't.
  Their door department staff now ignores me when I come in for more doors. When I call, they won't pick up. Horrible place for a professional.
