  I purchased a matress, mattress cover, adjustable base, and a few pillows about a month ago. The adjustable base was non refundable, and now I know why.
  
  Do not buy the adjustable base. Its non refundable because of the quality of the product. It is flimsy, and has broken with in a month of purchasing.
  
  I spoke with a manager who denied the return despite the issue being their product durability.
  
  I would not reccomend purchasing through matress firm again.

  Great Mattress Shopping Experience!!!
