  Scheduling an appointment is meaningless. Whether you schedule an appointment days or weeks in advance they do not honor it. They do not calculate how long certain jobs will take in order to make sure they have room to service your vehicle. They will never call you in advance before you show up to your appointment to apologize that they overbooked and would like to know if you want to reschedule to have your car serviced.
  
  Instead you just show up and they tell you that it is going to be hours or even all day before you can be seen. When you tell them the fact that you booked an appointment they will just shrug and say sorry.
  
  People book appointments because they have other things to do or places to be later on. Are you catching my drift here? Or maybe their car is about to break down and the time and day they booked an appointment is because its the only day they have off. You need to take your customers more seriously.
