  I show up this morning with 3 bags of laundry due to my washer and dryer in my unit not working properly one separated and labeled hang dry only and specifically told the employee to hang dry these. Get a call 2 hours later saying my laundry is done. I get there after an hour after she called. Pay and she hands me with a big smile on her face a bag of folded soaking wet mildew smelling clothes. What the actual hell. If i could give this less then a 1 star rating i would. Absurd I’d understand if she just didn’t see the writing but i showed it to her as well as told her. Never returning for laundry services. Awful
