  They use to be great. Now it's a horrible establishment. There are some good doctors here and some great people on staff, but you will not be able to schedule an appointment with your doctor of choice or any doctor for that matter because they are booked for months in advance. They will blame it on the new "system", but in actuality The scripps bosses are too cheap to hire more doctors to better serve us. Its not the staffs fault, they try their best. Its been this way for years now. So it is not the new "system" thats causing the big problems, even though the new and old "system" suck. There is simply not enough doctors to go around here. They are breaking laws by not having appointments available to their patients on the same day, even if you are the first one to call In the morning, you still won't get an appointment that day or any day remotely close to that day, no matter what your symptoms are. They have a really bad system for messaging doctors and getting messages from doctors. It's called email scripps, it's not rocket science. Go to sharp or kaiser, stay away from this place at all costs. I could go on, but I hope you get the point by now.
