  My wife and I have no experience in martial arts, however, we decided to join the Strong Base Jiu Jitsu Studio to improve our physical health. The atmosphere is great and everyone is friendly and encouraging. The instructor is very knowledgeable and his students make you feel like family. If you are looking to join a jiu jitsu studio- we HIGHLY recommend The Strong Base Jiu Jitsu.
