  Some of the support staff have no clue what they are talking about.....if someone treats you like you're an idiot for icing your bum before your progesterone injections, and that what you should be doing is heating your bum with a heating pad before you do the injection, from that moment on- stop listening to anything else they have to say. They are not an intelligent source of info.
  BTW- heating your bum before the injection- makes it 10x worse!
  Ice is the way to go.
  SMH.......
