  Not a very good first impression. Unprofessional staff .. too busy shooting the breeze amongst each other and with some customers while neglecting all other customers. A teller by the name Jackie needs quite a few lessons on good customer service. But maybe they are right when they say you can't teach an old dog a new trick.
  Branch Manger seems nonexistent at this location.
