  I want to start off by saying the staff at the Otay Ranch location were amazing, super friendly. I believe the staffs names were Daisy, Alex, Jeremy and Dr Koo. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because I left there very unsure about the information given to me about my eyewear/lens benefits...it seemed way higher than it should've been. I looked up my own benefits on the MES website and indeed the quote given to me the previous afternoon to swap out me current lens was not correct. Overall, it was a great appointment just make sure to look up you vision benefits before your appointment.
